An ESOL Program stands for English for Speakers of Other Languages. It is an educational program designed to support students whose primary language is not English, helping them develop proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.

ESOL Purpose & Goals
- Provide grade-level appropriate language instruction.
- Provide specialized language instruction with the goal of developing students academic English.
- Help ELs participate meaningfully and equally in educational programs.
- Remove language barriers.
- Increase EL students English proficiency.
- Increase EL students academic achievement.
